Please note that we do not offer refunds for one-month subscriptions, regardless of usage. We strongly encourage users to take advantage of our free one-month trial before making a purchase decision.

We do not issue refunds on digital products or services once they have been activated and delivered. However, if you believe your situation qualifies as an exceptional case, you may submit a refund request, which we will review individually. If a refund is granted, access to the relevant service(s) will be revoked immediately.

Full refunds are only available for purchases made within 7 days of the refund request. For requests made after 7 days, only partial refunds may be issued, calculated based on the remaining subscription period. Trials and accounts that have been used for more than half of their duration are not eligible for any refund.

Refund processing is handled by our payment partners and may take up to 21 days, depending on the payment method. While we initiate approved refunds promptly, we have no control over the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account.
